Venezuela's ruling socialists have set up a telephone hotline to denounce "infiltrators" they say are jeopardizing the legacy of beloved late leader Hugo Chavez by seeking to destroy the government.
"The enemy who most harms us is the enemy within our ranks. It's the one who calls himself 'Chavista' but is not 'Chavista,' " said Francisco Ameliach, governor of the state of Carabobo and a high-ranking member of the ruling United Socialist Party of Venezuela, or PSUV.

I’ve got one for them, a fellow named Nicolas Maduro. He seems to be doing a lot of damage to the cause.

It’s a thread because:
1. Venezuela is a show case of what happens in command-control economies, i.e., socialism as it devolves
2. It is a major player in the oil market and OPEC member
3. The article concerns politics, a staple here, and is one of a long-running history of such articles here detailing for anyone who wishes to look what happens when socialism/communism overtakes a country
4. Venezuelans (the female ones) are the cutest on the planet.
5. It will be happening here in this country in a few years if the GOP nominates another RINO squish and we end up with Elizabeth Warren as our POTUS.
Here in S. Florida SOS Venezuela bumper stickers are very common. Must be noted too that this group is solid Republican.....
Doesn’t Obama already have such a program where people can rat out wrongthinkers? I can’t remember the name of it.
