Walmart should place ads now for replacement workers.

A lot of people would like to know where to show up to apply.

I keep telling people, if you don’t want a minimum wage job, acquire non-minimum wage skills.

It is very hard to find anyone in a Walmart working for $7.25 per hour.

One of the issues at the local Walmart’s is finding candidates that can pass a drug test. Walmart is having problems finding people locally. FWIW, many employees will work a 12 hour shift on Black Friday.

Applications are submitted online, either from your own computer, or on a computer at the store.

I doubt any employee at any Wal-Mart earns minimum wage. Locally, I think you can start at about $10+ for overnight work. No skills need, unless you count being willing to actually work as a skill.

righto it is pretty simple.

you get paid for the value you bring to the marketplace.

so...if you wanna get paid more, bring more value to the marketplace.

simple.
