Even bigger than D and K, I think it’s magnesium.

People don’t drink groundwater anymore... something like 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium.

And no magnesium means bad or absent calcium utilization.

I do take a time-release magnesium, which I started for a bogus reason that I won’t mention lol — but decided to keep taking it after reading information like yours.

Need 400 mg of Magnesium everyday But 50 mgs of Zinc so it can be absorbed.

Our little town got a new well. I tried filling my pool with it, within two days the water turned black. Water works officials said it was loaded with magnesium.
