Thanks..in my case I really dont worry about calories but only the fat in my arteries...skim milk is actually fat free, or so they tell me.
They tell me there are 2 kinds of fat, the fat that makes us heavy and the fat in our arteries...my problem is only the fat in my arteries...more than you wanted to know
For some of us, the downside to fat free milk is that it has considerably more carbohydrates than whole milk (and even more still compared to heavy whipping cream).
