I buy skim milk powder in a bulk bag, makes 25 qrts, I like the powder because you never run out , plus once you are used to it you really dont crave anything else, at least that`s how it is for me, I have it in my tea and coffee and drink a lot of coffee.
But on the carbohydrates have a unopened bag on my l;ap and this is what it says per 1 cup serving
0 fat
0 saturates
5mg cholesterol
115 mg sodium
carbohydrates 13 grams

As I mentioned just above, I adopted an ultra low carb way of eating. There are a lot of “hidden” carbs out there. I previously wasn’t aware that the less fat content int he mil, the higher the carbs.
