Even bigger than D and K, I think it’s magnesium.
People don’t drink groundwater anymore... something like 80% of Americans are deficient in magnesium.
And no magnesium means bad or absent calcium utilization.

I have a friend who has osteoporosis. She started taking K2 with her calcium and had a huge increase in her bone density. Over 10% in one year. She had never had an increase before.
