I could see him doing it if Congress would:
A) triple the gas tax or implement per mile charges
B) close all coal and nuclear power plants. Perhaps oil as well
C) implemented a full amnesty
and
D) provided more travel opportunities for he and his family so he could golf some different courses.
Obama doesn’t want to make deals.
For him its my way or the highway.
In any case, Republicans were elected to stop his policies, not to help him destroy what’s left of the country.
No deal from Obama as long as Buffett funds Herr Obama and the other Rats in the $inate to block the Keystone pipeline.
This is just another example of the two critical ways we need to look at anything liberals are involved in:
1. Cui Bono, or who benefits, when bs surrounds and covers up or shrouds their overt or covert actions with any activity with libs in control of where money and power can be gained.
2. Follow the money after #1.
The answer to who benefits when the Keystone pipeline is killed/stalled is simple.
Warren Buffets owns/controls most of the railroad old tank cars and the railroad which bring the oil from Canada to US refineries.
How many of the Rat $inators get a lot of money now and in IOUs from Buffet to keep Keystone dead?

What do train whistles and Warren Buffett have in common?
If you answered old-fashioned charm, youre wrong.
The Sightline Institute, a Seattle-based think tank, calls the avuncular billionaire the man behind the exploding trains.
Buffetts company, Berkshire Hathaway, owns Union Tank Car Company, North Americas largest leaser of tank cars. Berkshire also owns BNSF Railway Company, which moves many of those cars.
Again the rats MSM has hidden this important fact from us.
The good jobs. Pipe Line will create jobs. Many good jobs. America needs good jobs. If Obama and the Democrats want to be on the wrong side of creating jobs that is their business. Just keep trying to pass things that help job creation. If the Dems stand in the way the people will sweep them aside next election.
No, don’t buy this either.
For either party Keystone is symbolic more than substantial. The real problem is the more general policies of the executive agencies.
Why would the Repulicans be stupid enough to “deal”?
The DEMOCRAT Senate was one vote away from overiding a Veto. In 2 months, 60 votes should be no problem.
The Republicans should just tell BO, “See you in 2 months”
We’ve waited 4 years. What is 2 more months?
Obama also likely would insist on making an executive decision on the $8 billion pipeline from Canada, rather than letting Congress approve the permit, sources said.
It’s sort of like the offshore drilling permits. Obama went along with lifting the ban but then he wouldn’t issue any new permits.
