I think this turned federal in a hurry.
I was a juror a few years back in a federal case involving a full auto M-16, a suppressed .22 pistol and loads of ammo. It was interesting.
What happened? I doubt I would vote to convict for possession of any of that. Misuse of same, (i.e., threats/use of the weapons) is a different thing entirely.
