Obama’s agenda threatens to divide Democratic Party

WASHINGTON — Barack Obama could be bad news for the Democratic Party.

Obama’s biggest problem over the next two years may not be coming from recalcitrant Republicans, writes the National Journal. Instead, it could be from members of his own party blanching at his activist agenda over the last two years of his presidency. Obama is planning to press forward with several polarizing decisions that could advance his legacy but come at the expense of the Democratic Party’s long-term health. Issues like threatening a veto of the Keystone XL pipeline, reaching a nuclear deal with Iran and legalizing unauthorized immigrants divide Democrats and unite Republicans. Moving forward with all of them would aggravate existing fissures, and put Hillary Clinton in an uncomfortable position even before she announces a White House run.

-snip-

Block Obama, fund government: House Republicans are mulling two strategies for stopping Obama from acting alone on immigration, the Hill writes. One option is for Republicans to vote to fund the government but exclude agencies that would carry out Obama’s order, which is expected to delay deportation for millions of unauthorized immigrants. The alternative would be to fund the government and rescind appropriations for the executive order next year, when Republicans control both chambers of Congress. The government is now funded through Dec. 11.

Don’t kid yourself, if the DNC can survive the Clinton and “O” presidencies, Holder, Kerry and all the Evita Clinton monkeyshines, etc., ... they will be just fine.

And yet the march to Marxism goes on uninterrupted. IOW they don’t care. Its the endgame that matters and they have been playing at this for over 100 years.

The Democrats seem very good at moving in lock step making sure each group supports the others highest priority. Union leadership and the Black political class have been backing open borders knowing it will hurt their constituents in return for Latino support for their other priorities.

He wants to divide it, so the Marxist faction under Warren can take control instead of the “moderate” Clintons, just like he did.

Surprising they aren’t smart enough to know if you follow a clown far enough you’ll end up at the circus.

What kind of BS is this. Nothing will divide or stop the communists Democratic party. Since Wilson they have been determined to destroy the free enterprise system and place everyone under the control and wardship of the Federal Government for everything. Even to control flushing your toilet.

What I’ve seen during the past two decades, and even tonight; I’m convinced their goal is to DESTROY this country as we know it. By “they”, I’m referring to a MAJORITY of politicians in DC. (most Democrats, and enough Republicans)

Just look at what has happened, and IS happening to our country. Our workforce, our currency, the corporate cronyism, increasingly high amounts of people on .gov handouts, offshoring good jobs, importing cheap labor, the labor participation rates, entitlement programs and debt that will bankrupt us, ect....ect. On our current trajectory, with our dumbed down citizenry, I don’t see how we escape this. 0bama is getting ready to import enough voters to seal the deal. America as we know it will be over within a generation.(if not sooner)

We’re on a death spiral, and BOTH parties are doing it!

God.... What have I brought my children into? ....

Except in the bizarro world where dems live, the blacks would hate the prospect of mexicans comingin and taking their jobs. In reality, though, they’re not interested in jobs, only handouts.

So, as long as the GOPe is in charge the dims could have 2 members and their agenda will still be pushed out.

I would love to see a split in the Dem party. I think if there is, some Moderate Democrats might join the RINOs to create a ‘moderate party’ and it’ll be between them and the Tea Party for the future of America.

Maybe we can get Bloomberg to run in ‘16 as an Indy.

It would be nice to see the Dem vote getting split for once.
