Congress -- especially now that the GOP will control both Houses -- has plenty of avenues to deal with ObamaCare without resorting to the Federal courts.
Congress has the legitimate authority to completely strip all funding from the Executive Branch of government, if they want to. This lawsuit is nothing more than a half-@ssed attempt by Republicans to deal with ObamaCare through the courts rather than do their 'effing jobs.
This case won't even get through one week in a Federal court.

At this rate I suppose we can expect the House to file suit challenging yesterday’s immigration diktat sometime in 2017, after the 5 million undocumented democrats have all used their new government-issued drivers licenses to vote in the 2016 general election.
