Apparently, the delay is because they haven't been able to find a firm willing to take the lawsuit.

This is ENTIRELY BELIEVABLE, given the current fascist climate in DC.

ANY firm that takes this case not only faces the risk of loss of business through lib boycotts, and potential IRS and DOJ attacks against the partners, but must consider the possibility of violence against themselves and their families by "crazy liberals", and the Soros-funded groups.

IT WAS THIS WAY IN 1930's GERNAMY TOO, FOLKS.

I bet Mark Levin’s firm would have taken it.

Isn't Gernamy near Farnce, Ploand, and Russai?

The People’s House is under attack; each branch has its own Constitutional rules, and must protect them.

A lawsuit is just a way to ask the Judiciary if it wants to gang-up on the ‘Resident. It might, it might not. If it does, it will be awhile.

OTOH, the House has tools, if they just wouldn’t give them up and put them out of play.

Ohhh ..... that’s brutal, John, brutal. I am sure Obama is running for cover.

Oh yeah, John, what is your reply to Obama’s granting amnesty to 5 million illegals last night? Seems you should have seen that coming.

I can't see how a respectable law firm would take on a case like this.

Congress -- especially now that the GOP will control both Houses -- has plenty of avenues to deal with ObamaCare without resorting to the Federal courts.

Congress has the legitimate authority to completely strip all funding from the Executive Branch of government, if they want to. This lawsuit is nothing more than a half-@ssed attempt by Republicans to deal with ObamaCare through the courts rather than do their 'effing jobs.

This case won't even get through one week in a Federal court.

I know it was not because he wanted to.

How on earth are they expected to find a lawyer, there are none in congress, right?

Suing the President? Talk about kicking the can down the road. They just kicked it into the court’s front yard.

How about using the power of the House, such as defunding, special prosecutors, impeachment? I guess Boner hasn’t heard of those things. We elected the house to do the work, not push off everything to another branch of government.

So, Boehner files suit three years after Herr Obama starts rewriting ACA from the oval office. At this rate I suppose we can expect the House to file suit challenging yesterday’s immigration diktat sometime in 2017, after the 5 million undocumented democrats have all used their new government-issued drivers licenses to vote in the 2016 general election.

Big deal. Quit hiding behind judges who will just rule against them anyway and play hardball for once.

Excerpt...

After two Washington firms pulled out of commitments to represent the House in recent months, Boehner hired George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley earlier this week.

Turley is an expert on constitutional law and has appeared on multiple television networks as a legal analyst.

OR more likely, it will succeed now as there is more evidence to the criminal aspect, that Gruber has come forward. Add to that the Immigration emancipation nonsense and the intent of Obama to defraud Americans, evidence and facts for a courtroom that is clearer.

No need to reply...I have the legal background to understand the reason they waited.

If you would spend less time whining all the time, then you could study up on Civics, and what it takes to make a legal case.... there is no end to crazy everywhere these days.
