"At least they still believed in Amendments in 1913."

I had indicated that citizen were misguided concerning their support for 17th Amendment because they really didn’t know what they were doing imo.

I wasn't criticizing.

My point was that misinformed people are no longer required for Constitutional destruction.

Unelected judges are doing the job all on their own.

However, I have never understood the Conservative focus on the 17th Amendment.

I mean, states that want less federal power already elect mostly Republican senators.
