I’d say they have made their decision and it was not released so the jurors could safely be away from the courthouse. I look for the announcement later tonight or tomorrow. The bomb threat scare earlier elevated precautions. Schools are closed for next week beginning Monday. It’s coming.

They will arrive at a decision... once they have finished their deliberations. Perhaps in another week or two (or three or four).

I’ll wait for the Drudge Headline. This is the second report I have seen, but I have seen two others that claim that the verdict has been in for a week and they were holding release for the best news cycle effect.
That’s a bit odd in that this GJ doesn’t actually have to agree on anything other than to take a vote on a potential indictment. Then, according to prior reports, nine of the twelve jurors need to vote for an indictment. Thus, it seems to me they have decided not to vote until they can get away with it with minimal violence, possibly Wednesday night just before Thanksgiving.
So does this go back to another Grand Jury?
Or is there simply a failure to indict?
