VIENNA - Iran says it will be impossible by a November 24 deadline to reach a comprehensive deal with world powers aimed at resolving the stand-off over Tehran's nuclear ambitions, the Iranian Students News Agency (ISNA) reported on Sunday.

"Considering the short time left until the deadline and number of issues that needed to be discussed and resolved, it is impossible to reach a final and comprehensive deal by Nov. 24," ISNA quoted an unnamed member of Iran's negotiating team in Vienna as saying.

"The issue of extension of the talks is an option on the table and we will start discussing it if no deal is reached by Sunday night," the person said.

A final nuclear deal between Iran and the “major powers” is impossible until Iran tests its first few Nukes on Israel, Europe, and the United States. If we had a real president, he wouldn’t continue this pretense that the negotiations are in any way sincere. With Obama in charge, we know both sides are playing make-believe.

A great surprise to all. I suspect this was part of the initial plan, though it's possible our President has miscalculated his ability to stall Israel until Iran has gone nuclear, or to dissuade a reaction when they do. Calling Netanyahu a coward for not taking action was a diplomatic move worthy only of the Obama administration. It's hard to think of a more diplomatically dysfunctional administration.
