The chanting of "Hands up don't shoot" is particularly ironic, since reports of this Tamir thug are that he was ordered to put his hands in the air by police who responded to a call of a man waiving a gun, but instead reached for the gun in his waist that only later was determined to be a BB gun with the orange identifier removed.

What gets me is how some people can't rationalize why police shoot sometimes and not others when not all situations are the same.
