And they use it not just as a sword but as a shield: If things aren’t going their way in a argument—as is often the case where facts & logic matter—they use race, or allegations of racism, to “poison the well”.
Then they blithely go on their smug way, as if having won the discussion, until the next argument where it is again unlimbered as needed.
No one wants to be called a racist, right? But a lot of us who are not racists are even more tired of the Sharptons, Jacksons and lesser grifters—particularly black entertainers made rich by this country—and seeing their One-trick Pony doing its tired, lame act again-and-again while the ingrates defame the rest of us.
