*Have you ever heard a sales presentation from an old-fashioned con-man? *

Sell another bottle of Dr. Good and some Carbon Credit Writs of Absolution from the back of a gypsy wagon in a traveling show. Maybe you can become a billionaire like Algore!

Dear NYT:

With a little global warming/climate change and a lot of luck, I figure Al Gore's beach house will be under 300 feet of water and my house will be ocean-front. Yes-s-s!!!!!’

So if the seasons start getting cooler, and the polar ice caps continue expanding and deepening, will all the wildlife be better off?

There is nothing the warming fanatics won’t say, no extreme that they won’t stoop, for the sake of fear mongering. They are fully invested in failed alternative energy schemes.

A better plan is to have an abundance of proven energy to drive innovation, science and private industry into new energy development that will work without regressing modern civilization back to the stone age. But for that to occur, the warming fanatics will have to move onto a new psychosis.

Notice that we never ever hear or read about anything good resulting from so-called global warming. It’s ALL bad. That fact alone should make people think twice.

He noted that over the course of a year fossil-fuel plants in the United States actually kill about 24 million birds, compared to 46,000 by wind farms. His calculations factor in climate change as part of their deadly impact.

The author lost me right there. Solar array burning up thousands of birds shows direct evidence of burned dead birds. Wind turbines chopping up thousands of birds shows direct evidence of mangled dead birds. But claiming fossil-fuel plants kill millions of birds, with no evidence? Other than saying climate change is doing it? Come on! Global warmists are so full of BS!

Climate change is everything, a story and a calamity bigger than any other. It’s the whole planet for the whole foreseeable future, the entire atmosphere, all the oceans, the poles; it’s weather and crop failure and famine and tropical diseases heading north and desertification and the uncertain fate of a great majority of species on earth.

And here I thought the New York Times was produced and published by the smartest journalists on Earth and that it's readers were the smartest people on Earth.

Then, this Roberta lady goes and proves me dead wrong...

Probably not a good idea. Look at California. Their aggressive global warming action changed the climate to a permanent desert and drought. They didn’t have extended droughts and desert like climate until they started fooling around with global warming solutions for problems that didn’t exist.

“Men, it has been well said, think in herds; it will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one.”

From the preface of the 1852 classic, “MEMOIRS OF EXTRAORDINARY POPULAR DELUSIONS AND THE Madness of Crowds,” by CHARLES MACKAY.

I recommend it to everyone. Available in its entirety at
