When a particular race has an average IQ of 85 (mentally retarded or dull normal) is it even realistic to think there might be a solution to the problems that plague that race? It’s like wishing turtles could fly; no matter how much you’d like them to, the turtle just isn’t equipped for flight.

Yes, that’s a factor also. And that’s blacks in America. The general IQ for African blacks is lower.

Bingo! Winner! With humans - it’s survival of the highest IQ. Even people with above average IQs have a hard time at it.
