TMZ ^ | 12/03/14

Gloria Allred -- who reps some of the women accusing Bill Cosby of rape -- says she knows the statute of limitations has run out but she issued a challenge ... do "what's right" and fight it out in court, or ante up $100 million for an informal hearing where the women can prove he damaged them.

The famed attorney says what's in it for Cosby is that he can clear his name if he's telling the truth.

100 million buckadingdongs? Nice, round number. And for that her clients will no longer drag his reputation through the mud? Gosh, thanks, Gloria, what a deal.

Like an argument when Hitler is brought up, a controversy is OVER when Gloria Allred gets involved.

I didn’t know Gloria Allred was a nagger, but she’s sure acting Sharptonesque...or Jacksonian, I don’t know which is the worse of the lot.

Not legitimate unless Nancy Grace is involved.

As far as I’m concerned Cosby is as guilty as they come.

He probably is, with at least some of them, but at this point it's starting to take on the appearance of a shakedown.

I'm also troubled that out of all of these women, what, 30 now? Not one went to the police?

Didn’t know what to believe regarding all the accusations against Cosby... until now! If the only attorney they could find to take their cases was Gloria than their case must be no better than than the dead thugs’ families who ran to Crump.

Remember that this story exists not because of the police report filed in 2000 by a victim, but because of the one he drugged and raped in 2004, who had 13 other women willing to come forward to testify as to his drugging rape method, he settled out of court with her in 2005.

I thought it came up because some ‘comedian’ put it into his act.

The woman in the civil case he settled went to the police a year after the alleged incident. The prosecutor has come out and said that he thought he probably did it but there wasn’t enough evidence to justify bringing a criminal case against him, to my understanding.

Whenever this ambulance chaser gets involved, right or wrong, I automatically support the other side.

Didn’t Allred represent Paula Jones? I believed Ms Jones. The sad thing is I believe there is probably fire of some kind under all this smoke in the Cosby accusations.

It came up because Cosby is in the middle of staging a comeback. A perfect time to do it. Rape continues by people today. It will never be eradicated.

What's being raped is his reputation through slander by women who voluntarily offered him sex.

What his comeback threatens is the reliability of the Black Plantation Rats depend upon for the upcoming presidential election as they open the floodgates to illegal Mexicans while Cosby would be using his comeback to tell Blacks to get off the government teat, get off drugs, go to school and be fathers to their children.

Statute of limitations for a criminal charge. Is there one for a civil case?

As she said the statute of limitations has run out. By law, it doesn’t matter whether he did it or not. There is no case. Keep the money and ignore dingy Gloria.

How many decades have we been hearing about the casting couch? Every third celebrity seems to have some mental deficit. Remember Wacko Jacko and parents tucking their kids in bed with him, his monkey and his Jesus juice.

Attorneys don’t always enjoy the best reputation and to some strong degree, it’s because of people like her.

98% of Attorneys give the other 2% a bad name.
