The protesters shut down traffic and disrupted commerce in the Central West End. FOX2 Now reported:
St. Louis police were called to Maryland Avenue and Euclid in the Central West End around 8:45 pm after receiving a call for a person struck.
St. Louis Post-Dispatch photographer David Carson was at scene and captured a man with a gun inside the vehicle flashing his weapon at demonstrators.
From the FOX 2 Now Facebook page – the protesters jumped on the man’s car. And the locals are getting tired of this lawlessness.

We rode Katrina out in Biloxi, where we live, also, and it certainly was different. My two stepsons were amongst those who took turns standing guard over the homes of neighbors who evacuated. My oldest stepson had to chase off a looter who tried to steal a bicycle from the garage of an evacuated neighbor. Not many looters in the first place, because so many people were armed and prepared.
As soon as the worst weather died down, the neighbors on our street came out as of one accord and began removing trees which were blocking the road. nobody waited for anyone from the government to come “save” them.
Whites in South Africa are actually utilising such things, because of the rampant carjacking.
If my car is attacked with me in it, as soon as glass breaks I will consider myself to be in deadly danger and will not hesitate to shoot.
When you hear that “snap, snap, snap” sound, you are fixing to get lit up!
Next up, Al Sharpton will be whining that Whitey is Targeting Blacks because they get shot when they were just having fun breaking windows on vehicles in the middle of the street with Whites in them.
He will proclaim it is RACIST not to let his African Americans go all native like they do in the home country.

If any sound-minded white person can get the lying media to give them a minute, they need to just tell the story of the Bosnian man who was beat to death after leaving his own car.

The protestors claim that the man struck one of them with his car. If you look at the series of photographs, there are no protestors down in the street until one of them is dumped from the hood of the defender’s minivan as he takes evasive action.

It is right out of Alynski to jump on a man’s hood, and then claim that you were “hit”.
I note the fellow holding the gun had proper trigger control.

yep, he was arrested, not sure why. I think brandishing a weapon should be ok if your life and property are at risk.

I agree. He didn’t shoot and I assume he called 911. I think now it’s open season under the guise of “free speech”. Take your beatdown, your property destruction because the DOJ says to.
this is where the rift between police and decent citizens who just want to protect themselves will cause a lot of bad interaction.
