Pressure caused by a chokehold and pile on his body cause his death and his poor health per medical examiner. Arms locked around a neck is a chokehold, whether on windpipe or just neck. It’s not complicated.
No indictment, sure — what did the DA lead with? We need pre-FDR days of common law grand juries then. Hardly matters since public outrage and raw video footage show results of excessive force.
