At a speech yesterday at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C., Hillary Clinton made the case for empathizing with America's enemies.
"This is what we call smart power," Clinton said to a small audience at Georgetown. "Using every possible tool and partner to advance peace and security. Leaving no one on the sidelines. Showing respect even for one's enemies. Trying to understand, in so far as psychologically possible, empathize with their perspective and point of view. Helping to define the problems, determine the solutions. That is what we believe in the 21st century will change -- change the prospects for peace."

Does Hillary empathize with her personal and political enemies?
“Showing respect even for one’s enemies.”
I think this pretty much ices her as a presidential candidate. Added to some of her economic statements, it puts her left of Barry.
If this past-her-date-of-expiration marxist broad was president in the 1940’s, we’d all be speaking German now.
So I find this speech perplexing in that she has no idea if she needs to run against Elizabeth Warren or Jim Webb. If Webb was thinking about jumping in, Hillary just opened the door with this speech. She should shut up until she knows her field.
Good question.
Riady,now!
Yep, I want to ‘feel’ the pain ISIS has when they rape young children and behead their fathers.
Hillary’s nuts.
Does Hillary empathize with Benghazi terrorists, Islamist executioners of aid workers and hardcore misogynists?
We’re seeing this policy coming to fruition in the Middle East right now, thanks to Hillary (Hic!) and Lurch.
“You know, evil comes in many forms, be it a man-eating cow or Joseph Stalin. But you can’t let the package hide the pudding. Evil is just plain bad. You don’t cotton to it. You gotta smack it on the nose with the rolled up newspaper of goodness. Bad dog! Bad dog!” - The Tick
Using every possible tool.
Use two white flags.
I understand and approve of those who see the need for empathy with enemies, and they may freely do so...after all the enemies are dead.
Hillary, how well would that have worked with Adolf Hitler and Japan after Pearl Harbor?
You are correct.
