The coroners report showed no signs of trauma on Garners neck that would indicate he was choked.
Also his cause of death was cardiac arrest.
Also, he did not die on the sidewalk. He died later in route to hospital. From a heart attack. Caused primarily from his obesity and poor health.
The idiot protesters (and many FReepers) who simply watched a video and ignored the fidings of the coroner and the testimony of the Grand Jury are no better that the looters and thugs in Feguson who shout “Hands up, Dont Loot!”
Not really. I think a taser would have been preferable. But NYC bans them for street cops.
And - considering the poor health, obesity and bad heart issues - Garner might have died if he was tazed.
In any event - Garner is to blame for Garner’s death.
I bet that group "marching" from Boston to Oakland quit hours ago. Sheesh, who writes such bilge?

No it’s not like Vietnam. People are not being drafted and having to put their lives on the line. But the reporters only want to associate everything to Vietnam.
Nowadays most of the reporters don’t bother to do any research or do any thinking of their own. They are just parrots repeating what they have been conditioned to say. And all of those people marching have not actually read the transcripts from the grand jury and have no idea whatsoever about what actually happened. They just want to go out there march and be on TV. Just start handing out job applications to the marchers and they will disperse and leave the scene immediately. You don’t need water cannons or dogs or police.

In Seattle, there was once a crazed guy with a samurai sword. They waited hours and thought about what to do other than shoot him. Eventually, they got a fire truck, and hosed him down to the ground and the sword out of his hand.
That’s the kind of thinking we need. Not choke holds by macho tattooed guys with a badge.

If you look at raw Power then Liberals are winning and increasing their power over time.
No one can point to where government Power is shrinking -- at all levels of government, more and more laws and more and more regulations just keep coming.
The current GOP leadership HATES Conservatives with a white-hot passion and will do everything to destroy us.
Conservatives will only start winning when they leave the GOP in mass numbers to form a new party.
