This is just character assassination, something the left is great at, and watching the fools here engage and bite on it disheartening.

There is no way you can justify this guys death, just like there is none you can for the 12 year old boy shot in cleveland.

The fact that some folks are going to knee jerk to defend every indefensible thing because the left tried to turn Furgeson into something it never was is disheartening.

No, people should be aware of all facts.

Truth is neutral.

If that’s what he did, then that’s what he did.

I do not want facts kept from me for any reason.

There is nothing that can be done to bring the guy back.

What’s done is done.

Garner was absolutely NOT choked to death!
The whole incident is RIGHT THERE on video!

15 seconds! He was choked for 15 seconds!!!! He said “I can’t breath the 1st time after 14 seconds! and was released from the choke hold ONE SECOND later!!!!

It’s obvious as hell to ANYONE who actually takes 1 minute out of their life to watch the video that he didn’t get “choked to death” The dude had a heart attack the second he was taken down due to his physical condition and the exertion of resisting arrest. You can actually see his outstretched arm spasming from the moment he hits the ground.

His problems breathing were a result of his heart attack.

ALL this is clearing shown on the video!!!

Justify?
Things got briefly rough, but that’s how it goes when your a huge guy breaking the law and not immediately submitting to police in a rough jurisdiction. The stress of arrest may have been the “last straw” for his body, but it wasn’t police action that killed him, it was his body trying to operate at near-terminal limits under even normal conditions. Odd how those blaming the cop have not seen the autopsy report.

And yes, a kid making “furtive movements” with what is indistinguishable from a large-caliber handgun is likely to be treated exactly like a kid making “furtive movements” with a large-caliber handgun. Tragic, but sometimes a confluence of events leads to inevitable tragic outcomes. Don’t play with realistic toy weapons around skittish cops under questionable circumstances, kids.

The kid was executed by an imbecile cop, should never have been shot and the imbecile needs to go to jail.

The guy in NYC had health issues and resisted arrest.

2 way different scenarios.
