Being a Bush appointee is no guarantee the judge will rule in favor of the states. A good number of Bush judicial appointees/nominees have turned out to be liberal socialist traitors who ignore the Constitution.

John Roberts comes to mind.

Per the information in the article, there’s more to him than being a “Bush appointee” - it’s how he has ruled on previous similar cases.
