Just days after a new California law redefining rape came into effect, several shocking but unsubstantiated rape allegations have been leveled against fraternities on the UC Berkeley campus.
One stunning university police report cites accusations of a mass rape at the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, where not just one but five victims were supposedly drugged and raped on the same night at the frat house near campus.
In another allegation, a specific perpetrator was named, arrested, and shamed publicly only to be later declared factually innocent as the rape charge was quietly dropped, after his reputation was ruined.
Suspiciously, in most of the cases the charges were not made by victims or witnesses, but rather by third parties long after the fact. These third-party accusations were made either anonymously or by Campus Security Authorities, which includes campus political activist groups. In many of the cases, the actual victims themselves have not come forward and may not even consider themselves to have been raped.

Thank you. Can you post the other image, taken in 1982 and showing his glasses?
I was looking for other images that had similar glasses and saw the photo of him with Frank Scotti, at http://www.nydailynews.com/entertainment/gossip/bill-cosby-paid-women-ex-nbc-employee-article-1.2020464
Frank Scotti. That would make sense. They were friends from early on, in the more psychedelic, longer-haired days when those photos were taken, before Cosby got some of his facial tics. He would be likely to have Polaroid photos of Cosby doing mundane things like talking on the phone in his robe while Cosby didn’t pay any attention to the photographer. He might have been the person the liquor on the table was for.
And he was angry about the send-off Cosby gave him when he announced he was leaving. He would have been known as a former friend so when the women were corroborating on their stories he would have been a natural to go to for casual photos that could help them make their claims. Maybe he was part of the planning for it all.
Had to save it at archive.org and then that link would work for posting: https://web.archive.org/web/20141209150156/http://ww4.hdnux.com/photos/20/35/72/4316855/3/960x540.jpg
Looks like the address is the same as the original location, except that it’s got an archive.org address to go with it. I wonder what kept the original image from being post-able.

Why were my posts deleted?
No, that’s not the one I was talking about. The one I was talking about I was finally able to post, by saving it at archive.org. But the moderator removed it from here. The 2 relevant photos which reveal the falsehood of Dickinson’s claim are apparently not allowed to be shown here.
I’m awaiting a reason why.
Do you know how many celebrities pay off their accusers rather than going to court ? Same question for politicians.
Are you saying that every one who settled out of court is automatically guilty ?
McDonald's settled out of court with the woman who spilled coffee on her lap, and sued because she didn't understand that the coffee might be hot. Were they guilty ?
Guilty he may be, but I don't believe that settling out of court implies guilt.
You sound absolutely enthralled.
Second photo ...you have an extra slash at the end
Third photo, same problem, AND it is WP-CONTENT which usually means the owner doesn't want it posted without permission.
Thanks. I did get the 2nd photo to post but it was deleted right away.
I guess people will have to go to the TMZ link to see the photos that Dickinson claims are from 1982, and compare them with the one that you just posted. Different glasses, less wrinkles and facial tics, longer hair, funkier time period...) The wrong kind of booze on the table. Etc.
There are a lot of discrepancies with her story AND with the alleged photos.
And I looked up descriptions of various date-rape drugs and don’t see any that fit the way that this latest accuser (who says she stopped Cosby by calling him a motherf*cker) claims it happened (immediate effects from just 2 sips of coffee, remembers everything while under the effect of the drug until she passed out suddenly, and the drug took several days to wear off).
Will the media ever do ANY kind of fact-checking? These women have had 3 decades to gather details so there really shouldn’t be any discrepancies, but even an amateur like me can see them from a mile away. All it takes is open eyes, but unfortunately it seems that few people have them.
The dynamics of a corporation sued by a customer for spilled coffee and Cosby being accused of rape by some 25 women and counting, are I would think rather different.
First off, as a moral offense, spilled coffee is not anywhere near comparable to rape.
Regarding culpability, I suspect a good case could be made that the MacDonalds franchise was indeed "guilty" of serving too hot coffee. As with most corporations, MacDonalds apparently felt that the negative publicity was not worth the fight.
Individuals, however, are not primarily concerned with turning away customers and the accompanying loss of day-by-day sales. Individuals are primarily concerned about their personal reputation, and it is highly unlikely that someone with the vast financial resources as Cosby would not fight his accusers.
Cosby has suffered the humiliating loss of prestige with the cancellation of his long-standing associations with Institutions of higher learning, not to mention the cancellation of television projects. Think of how complete the loss of any remaining shred of reputation would be should he be convicted in a court of law of rape. No, an innocent man would spare no expense - and Cosby has millions to spare - to protect his name and reputation.
