Mass Rapes at UC Berkeley?

Just days after a new California law redefining rape came into effect, several shocking but unsubstantiated rape allegations have been leveled against fraternities on the UC Berkeley campus.

One stunning university police report cites accusations of a mass rape at the Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, where not just one but five victims were supposedly drugged and raped on the same night at the frat house near campus.

In another allegation, a specific perpetrator was named, arrested, and shamed publicly — only to be later declared “factually innocent” as the rape charge was quietly dropped, after his reputation was ruined.

Suspiciously, in most of the cases the charges were not made by victims or witnesses, but rather by third parties long after the fact. These third-party accusations were made either anonymously or by “Campus Security Authorities,” which includes campus political activist groups. In many of the cases, the actual “victims” themselves have not come forward and may not even consider themselves to have been raped.

At Berkely, now that they have rid themselves of reasonable minded people, they will start eating their own.

The university needs to distribute more marijuana vending machines.

Thanks feminazis. From now on I’ll doubt all rape claims. Innocent until proven guilty and a woman’s word is not enough.

All these people that make these False Allegations belong in PRISON for at least as long as the person they Wrongfully Accused would have received had they been found Guilty.

Fraternities are seen as a cradle of capitalism by the taxpayer funded marxists of universities.

Hmmm. Wonder how things went during the peaceful/violent protesting/rioting last night. Rapes up or down during the uh, festivities(?)? Saw a video of one of the “peaceful” participants trying to calm down some “non-peaceful” participants. His reward? An assault hammer to the side of the head KO’ing him right then and there. Guess his designer bike helmet left a little to be desired.

The silver lining for that kid? When he wakes up, he might just have some sense and be converted to conservatism. We can hope anyway.

Doesn’t matter if it really happens or not. All that matters is that males are branded as evil rapists. This enables the left to pass laws that discriminate against males and favors females, unfairly.

Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity

Seeing as how RS isn't all over it, I suspect this is an Amish Fraternity?

From the article:

“Just to be clear: The author and publisher of this article are strongly opposed to rape in all forms, and fully support investigations into all of these allegations — and if there is any substance to them, demand prosecution of the perpetrators. However, we are just as strongly opposed to false rape accusations, which not only can ruin an innocent accused person’s life, but also diminish the seriousness of real sexual assault cases, which will all have an increasing shadow of doubt cast on them each time another claim is proven false.”

The whole concept that a person is quilty until proven innocent - and the need for the accused to prove a neqative (prove they DIDN’T do a crime) - flies in the face not only of many years of jurisprudence but also in the face of loqic, since you can’t prove a neqative.

Of course, if Cosby has to be quilty because of the larqe number of (unsubstantiated) accusations aqainst him, then by qolly Berkeley frats must also be quilty. They should all be shut down immediately because the ALLEQATIONS are inconsistent with the values of the school (as the Navy said when strippinq Cosby of his honorary position).

Not really a new front, this ones been open for a while and is just getting big national exposure due to the RS screwup (and I’’m not seeing much of the Dunham stuff except on the more niche Conservative outlets like Breitbart)

Back in undergrad, some 25 years ago, there was already a lot of the “all men are rapists”, “all sex is rape” and “all men need to be accused of rape to raise awareness” tripe. And it was pretty well established.

Which is, actually, why we’re now seeing men in increasing numbers (over the last 10-20 years) check out of society. As per the other thread on that specific topic. I’m more than comfortable stating that if the current conditions had existed 25 years ago I’d be in a very different place in my life. Having not married or had kids.

Funny enough, there was a big The Atlantic expose trashing fraternities a few months back.

Coincidence with the timing of the RS article?

Maybe they should storm the student union or the administration building, take over the Dean’s office and have a rape-in.

I mean, if you want to bring attention to your cause...

I guess that now a man can be prosecuted for rape on the testimony of a third party when no victim is willing to come forward.
