[ Welfare Queens is a slang for predominately Black Women who collected for years on children? Or am I wrong here? ]
I have always considered it to cover any female, of any race, urban or rurual who is a single mother who intentionally has mutiple chilrens from mutliple fathers in order to get on the government rolls for life....
That’s what I thought... in some areas that is more black than white, although it may be tied to less jobs or opportunities.
