An alleged weapons maker for the Islamic State (IS) claimed that a radioactive device has been smuggled into an undisclosed location in Europe, according to an intelligence brief released Monday by the SITE Intelligence Group.
A Radioactive Device has entered somewhere in Europe, according Twitter user Muslim-Al-Britani, who claims to be a freelance jihadist weapons maker now working alongside IS (also known as ISIL or ISIS), according to tweets captured and disseminated by SITE.

“...a weapon of mass destruction goes of in the West then mecca will glow for 1,000 years.”
It depends on what country in the West gets hit. If it’s the U.S., Mecca is safe, because King Putt would never nuke Mecca.
Good one.
Not if they can detonate it while the foreiqn enemy combatant is still actinq as if he’s Commander-in-Chief.
These next 2 years are the most danqerous time this nation has ever seen, because the enemies who put this usurper into our White House know their time is runninq out.
..and how long did King Zero know OBL was in Pakistan before he took action (and was it him who even took the action)??Months.. Years?
I've been saying this for years.
The followers of satan only respect strength & force. By destroying their "meccas", it would demonstrate their cult is weak and a lie.
Time for 0bama to lecture Europe about using harsh interrogation techniques and for Hillary to lecture them about being empathetic towards jihadis.
they have no balls to do that and under obama we don’t either.
Now wait a minute........if they atomize Beverly Hills or Cambridge or the Hamptons I say the U.S. should respond with moderation and understanding.
Nice timing...tomorrow we’re going public about how we tortured them after 9-11.
Supposedly, the CIA went to Obama twice to request authorization to raid OBL's compound, and Jarrett said no, so Obama said no.
The third time a window of opportunity presented itself, the CIA didn't even go to Obama. Panetta and Clinton signed off on the raid and instructed everyone to not tell Obama until the helos were over Pakistan.
The infamous photo of the cabinet members watching the live feed of the raid, shows everyone watching intently except Obama. He looks like he'd rather be somewhere else and he doesn't look happy about what is taking place. That might lend credence to the story.
The only problem with this story is that, supposedly, only the President has "cross-border authority". But, given this regime's disdain for the law, I suppose that's not important.
They won’t hit their allies.
If they really had one, would they really say it's in Europe?
Or...you get my point. Though they do gain credibility and greater terror with future announcements if there's any meat to this. Finding a low-energy source will prove challenging (it doesn't have to be Pu235 to be a terror weapon).
We don't have the intel to identify dogs in use at a terrorist compound and now we're hunting nukes (or is it 'Wabbit'?).
I'm cynical of the threat and the effort to contain it. Color me 'in a mood'...
Maybe we'll finally see the wreckage of MH370 in the coming days/weeks.../s
I’m always torn between starting on the periphery and working inwards vs. starting at the center and working outwards, though doing both simultaneously has a strong appeal.
0bama has been across the border for years, if not decades....
It could be just a couple of barrels of radioactive waste from one of nuclear plants (not necessarily military, though Pakistan stands ready to assist as needed.) That stuff is easy to obtain, especially if a small amount of money changes hands.
That might be a "low activity" waste, but still spreading it across a city would be pretty detrimental.
“If they had one, why would they say this, and increase the risk of getting caught & stopped?”
because it’s not in Europe...
They are lying. I double-dog dare them to prove otherwise.
might be a couple of photoshops you're looking at:
yeah, a smoke detector or a radium watch face.
