At last. America is on its way to fiscal responsibility. At this rate the deficit will be reduced to a manageable figure.
A Democrat or a 'moderate' Republicrat (like Susan Collins) would read this and not know it is sarcasm.

What drew me to this was the inclusion of the word “bullet” [or variations thereof].
No further mention exists in the posted content. Why the teaser?

Chinese Chickens The act specifically addresses poultry processed in China, noting that None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to procure processed poultry products imported into the United States from the Peoples Republic of China for use in multiple school lunch programs receiving federal funding. A more efficient proposal would be to just end all federal funding of school lunch programs.

Congress doesn't have the constitutional authority.
I was going to hit the "Report Abuse" button but then I realized it was for the post and not to report constitutional abuse. Oh well.

I agree.
The sad part is that all this fed lunch crap and ethanol fuel is due to the ag lobby, not poverty pimps.
So both sides of the aisle love it.

Methane is widely acknowledged to be a potent greenhouse gas, responsible for global warming.Amazing considering the percentage of Methane in the atmosphere is just 0.00017% which of course the MSM never mentions just like they never mention the percentage of CO2 which is also a trace gas at 0.04%

Then why is this in there:
“TITLE II
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY
For environmental programs and management,
$2,613,679,000, to remain available until September 30, 2016”
Through 2016, not 2015.
I thought this funding was only for this year!

I love that tagline of yours "Impeach, Convict, Deport" although I would change it to "Impeach, Convict, Execute" being that he's committed around 5 separate acts of blatant Treason so far and the first order of punishment is quite clear in the US code:
18 U.S. Code § 2381 - Treason
Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.

He opted for a provision preventing the Environmental Protection Agency from passing any rule to regulate the lead content of ammunition, ammunition components, or fishing tackle under the Toxic Substances Control Act. He said the threat of such a rule had made it so hard to buy ammo that people cant even find it at Walmart.
