A black Hispanic. Perhaps he's related to George Zimmerman's Peruvian relatives?
There's a difference between a real threat and someone who is both unarmed and outnumbered by the cops. Sometimes lethal force is right and necessary - at other times, it seems to be used as a convenience. One can be all for proper use of deadly force and still be against "convenience" killings.
