I used to live in this area - a mix of rural, exurbs and smallish towns. Wouldn’t be hard to disappear if the perp wants to lay low. The police departments are going to need a lot of outside help for this.

According to facebook posts he shot and killed his ex-wife.He is going from house to house killing his family.Last place he was at was were he lives.

This guy sounds like a real piece of work, stalking and tormenting his ex-wife. It’s a real disservice to military people coming home with PTSD to lead off identifying this guy in that way.

Typical incompetent bastards! A swarm of “wannabe shock troops” hiding in their vehicles and behind fences and rocks, scared to actually use real force........let him escape due to their fear of actually hurting him and maybe having a public relations problem.
I can tell you one thing for sure....the cops of 50 years ago would have already gone in and killed the criminal...not hide in the front yard fearing to do anything that might offend his “civil rights.”
Phila ABC website streamer had the death count at 6 and killer still on the loose.
Phila NBC just reported that all of the victims are related to the ex-wife who was also killed this morning.
Scanner feed chatter mentioned a search helicopter is using a “thermal”.
