“There is no rule of law.”

Actually, there is - but not the laws enacted by the people that were voted for. Dictatorships have “laws”, too.

My wife saw her costs rise 300%. My 6 year old had his go up 200%.
Who can afford to get bad coverage and to pay for everyone else’s free stuff.

Wow - and I thought my increase, 60%, was bad.

I hope you will take the time to call your Senators and Congressperson and complain vociferously. Even if they didn’t vote for Obamacare, they need to hear how dissatisfied people are about it. Gives them ammo for change or repeal.

Samething for Minnesota.

MNsure extends enrollment deadline to Saturday

The comments expect it to be extended more after that. I guess all the states that have exchanges are doing this as the numbers are so low yet again.

My wife's aunt and uncle had to stop insuring themselves because of the extreme high costs and are only insuring their children.
It is known that probably less people are covered than before Obamacare because of the high cost knocking much of the middle class out of the market. It is unaffordable.

Interesting. I think if it were me I’d do it the opposite way - insure the adults and not the children. How could you provide the basic necessities to your children if you get sick and have to be out of work and possibly go bankrupt to treat yourself? Most of the medical problems kids encounter are not life threatening and very costly to treat (broken bones, e.g.)

Tough call.
