30 States is in my view the critical mass.

Would like to see 34 States sign on. That places percentage at 67%+ ... Would send a message to Congress and S.C. also if S.C. hears (imho). Two / Thirds necessary to convict and remove. Should 34 States sign on that could also signal a Constitutional Amendment would be possible in this matter.
