Was gonna say pretty much the same...he seemed more concerned about getting Mr. Vasquez's side of the story and ascertaining whether or not he was injured as a result of the THUG's (anyone who listens to the garbage he was is nothing more than a THUG) actions.
Never once from the body language I saw from Mr. V did I ever get the sense of a physical sense of danger or bodily concern for the officer (I use that term VERY loosely here).
Even a bystander called the cop out on his treatment of him and obviously felt threatened..
IMO, the supervisor was first doing damage control and recording of back up confirmation of on-site claims - then getting him to get EMTs on scene to document.. Very specific legally language, IMO.
