My President in 1971 Officially Declared a “War on Drugs” see Nixon June 1971. Subsequently CONGRESS in support of this New WAR, passed Legislation Declaring it so and passed more legislation in full support in the War on Drugs, they have been TAXING me and YOU to FIGHT THIS WAR.
