My daughter asked me what I thought about it. At first I was mad but then decided maybe it was a good thing. But what do we get out of it? I recall hearing a conversation between my mother and a woman who had recently escaped from Cuba after the revolution who told stories of atrocities committed on the Cubans. Looting of property, buildings, merchandise "for the revolution", gang rapes, torture, and murder for anyone that complained. The "liberation of Cuba" was really just a thinly disguised conquest.

The Castro's/communists have held Cuban people hostage for fifty years.
