The new Customer Victim thing is to say somebody wrote a nasty little insult on your receipt. I’m surprised Michelle hasn’t yet said the cashier ‘scribbled something quick’ on her receipt before handing it to Michelle, and that she was just ‘floored’ when she read that hateful and frightening message.

The ‘hateful message’ appeared to say “Ooga-Ooga! Have a nice day!”. Before this became in international event, it was explained. The cashier is a young girl from Greece, and abbreviates her long surname in that manner. The manager apologized profusely to the stone faced first lady.
