The ones in France seem to be mostly in cars hitting groups of pedestrians...while yelling ‘Allah Akbar’ or something like that. Strange events, but one had been in mental health care facilities off and on for years.
Mental health care facility or not, people who hurt people need to be incarcerated. There a plenty of mentally ill people who would never hurt a fly, the ones who do are as liable as any other human who murders or maims.

I was in Colmar France yesterday at five Christmas markets. No sign of trouble or any sign of police. Streets were packed, shoulder to shoulder. Colmar is near the Rhine in Alsace.
Nice! Beautiful area! My son and some other young men are going to take a month backpacking through Europe in May/June and will pass through there.
We are in Strausbourg today. Wow. What a city!
You must give me the best places to visit from your trip! My son and his friends will be very grateful!
