In the next few days, the Bloomington City Attorney Sandra Johnson expects to file criminal charges against the organizers of Saturday’s protest at Mall of America.

The mall went into a partial shutdown for about two hours as thousands of protesters filled the rotunda on one of the busiest shopping days of the year. The group, “Black Lives Matter” chose the mall for its high visibility, but was warned repeatedly that it was private property.

Pursue charges, and then sue them for the costs of business lost due to the trespass. Then put a 1/2 mile buffer on the restraining order for any property owned by the mall proprieters.

These folks want to play rough, teach them what rough really is. Enough with the mollycoddling. Slap them so hard their grandkids come out dizzy.

Your wishes are coming true:

The City Attorney is now building criminal cases against the protest organizers. She said she’ll try to get restitution for money lost by the mall, the city and police agencies that came from as far away as Hastings and Red Wing.

WAIT...
This simply can’t be true.

These people are ALLOWED to disrupt normal people’s lives and create chaos. Attempting to stop them from this is RASSISS, or sumpin’.

Just ask anybody at MSNBC/CNN/CBS/ABC/NBC/E!/BET/NPR/USAToday/NYTimes/Washpost/The DailyShow/Late-Night Comics about this.

Awwww, they wuz just singin' carols....

All I want for Christmas is my 2 dead police, my 2 dead police, my 2 dead police....

Winged pigs we have heard on high, sweetly singing o'er the hood....

Rioting around the Christmas tree, have a happy holiday...

Hark the fallen angels howl, glory to thug Michael Brown...

At long last!

I’m sick of these flash mobs, protestors, etc., starting trouble and disrupting day to day lives of people who work hard, stay out of trouble, and want to go to the mall to enjoy a nice day out.

I do think that mass transit needs to be restricted from malls like this. This nice mall I used to go to all the time ended up going downhill (on it’s merry way) because of the bus system that brings in people from the ghetto, to the nice area.

I hope this sets a precedent and encourages other property owners to grow a pair and use them to push back against all this idiocy.

The group, “Black Gums Flapping” chose the mall in order to bring maximum inconvenience, noise, and hassle to normal Americans, who don’t give a sh*t about their whining, racist crap.

Somebody in Minnesota has a real backbone? I thought in Minnesota this was just acceptable means of political expression - as long as one was a member of the DFL or anything further to the left.

Finally they are paid organizers by Soros and SEIU, not protesters

That’s right; they aren’t content to protest in the welfare hatcheries because nobody pays them any mind there (buying them off with welfare, food stamps, and free rent). They have to go out and inconvenience people whose lives really DO matter in order to get results. I’d imagine those results include legalized abortion forever, paid for by the government (which can do present-value calculations of the future support payments that will be required for urban blacks, and opt for murdering their young instead).

When the protestors hit the business areas and muck up their potential to sell their wares, things begin to happen.

I would like to see what NYC May De Blasio would do if the protestors hit downtown Manhattan over the two murdered NYPD cops.

The mall security shouldn’t have let these protesters assemble inside its property at the get-go; they should have called law enforcement and forced those people to disperse peacefully or get arrested. The charges would have held right there and then, as they were violating the law by having a large assembly/protest without the mall owner/manager’s permission.
And the whole thing could have turned very ugly very quickly, with that many protesters and all the shoppers.

You are correct, however, this is the liberal part of Minnesota; it took a while for someone with a combination of brainpower, and intestinal fortitude, to come forward.

Law and Order Matters.

If it doesn’t, more cops are going to be killed.

There is a DIRECT link to the breakdown of law and order and the murder of police officers.
