NYPD Sources: No Arrests During #ShutDown5thAve Protests, per De Blasio

Breitbart News learned from an NYPD source that officers made no arrests Tuesday night, despite bottles being hurled at police and other violations of the law by protesters. That’s how Mayor Bill de Blasio and Police Commissioner Bill Bratton wanted it, the source explained.

“Last night was an abortion–air mail. The bosses are weak. [They] Let them sh*t all over us. Real cowardly,” said the NYPD source. “This is part of a bigger picture,” the law enforcement source stated. “This was extremely well thought out… I’m thinking that the planning of this goes back to the campaign.”

Shutting down Times Square on New Years Eve would have long-lasting economic consequences for NYC.

There are a lot of business interests, both legit and illigit, that have invested heavily in cleaning up NYC, making it pretty safe and family-friendly and thereby reaping direct and indirect economic rewards. Shutting down Times Square is going to be bad for business.

And a lot of those "businessmen" aren't going to be all that interested in waiting around for the next election with fingers crossed that De Blasio isn't returned to office.

A very good point and that my FRiend is an often used tactic by the socialist/Marxists to bring down a government and to introduce a police state in all it’s efficiency so as to ‘halt’ the chaos.
