Silly question. A hate crime is a white person saying or doing anything that a black person chooses to find offensive, or failing to be sufficiently obsequious to a black person, or successfully resisting a mugging by a black person.
If it had been done at a ROP indoctrination it would be: “This is being treated as a HATE crime.”
Not MAY be a hate crime.
For those unfamiliar with the leftist who committed this act, it (he-she) has been castrated by the femi-Nazis, it (he-she) hates guns and has no idea on how to use a weapon, it (he-she) wears mascara, carries a purse and pisses in its (he-she) pants when confronted in a dark parking lot with no witnesses around.
