It's probably true in the UK as well, with alleged "IQ" standings out the window.

Let me run one thing by you.

I’ll bet, unlike US ferals, that black Canadians speak the same exact English (or French) as anyone else.

I contend that some American white kids often mimic or emulate black culture, because they see, in their schools, that blacks are permitted to get away with even the rudest and most anti-social behavior, with no seeming consequence.
