Secular government seems like an oxymoron. As for adjudication, it gave me a headache.
Trouble is, church was never tasked with overseeing Caesar. The attempt to do so simply diluted the church.
But sure I’d like to see #1 encoded in any country’s law. Talk about a brouhaha! Not even Israel dares. You want it in the USA, give me another laugh.
The actual biblical approach to such affairs is known as “Noahide commandments.”
