Why have these laws been allowed to stand? This isn’t a no-fault divorce! This thread is giving me a super headache. I never understood spousal support for the one committing adultery. If she leaves for someone else, she should not have support from you. I’ve heard of other men who are in the same position, never women.
Who came up with the idea that just because you lived a certain lifestyle you have a right to live that life after you choose to leave that life? Must have been the lawyers.
