Where was the owner of the store?
Some years back, my wife and I ate at a TGIF. It was a busy nigh with waiters and waitresses running around delivering food. A large family was there and had a toddler - 2-3 year old - walking, playing, and making a general nusience of himself. When I raised the question that maybe the kid should be seated before somebody hurts themselves or the kid, the kids father basically got in my face and more or less wanted to fight. My wife said let it go but that was about 10 years ago, so I am sure the kid is a punk arse teen right about now.

Problem with that, it means placement in the hands of a liberal gubbermint agency or social worker who will find 20 ways to excuse the behavior and set the stage for more of the same in the future.

I was in an HEB grocery store in Corpus Christ when 2 kids did the same thing.
One kid turned over a woman’s shopping cart then stood there laughing.
Wrong move.
Woman grabbed him and kid ended up head first in the eggs.
Store owners now have the philosophy of protecting everyone who comes in the place as opposed to back in the day when the store owner protected paying customers. Btw. No one in this ‘family’ bought anything

Obama had an opportunity to empower black people. He could have taken time from his busy vacation and golf schedule to talk about the most basic, but most valuable tools to be successful in life. Such as, getting an education - it really isn’t ‘acting white’ and could lead to getting a job. He could have spoke about taking ownership of your life, doing what is right, being a good and productive citizen, and how all of this could lead to a long and happy life. Instead, the community organizer did exactly what community organizers do...

A few years ago we were having lunch at a Ruby Tuesdays. A couple-—they looked like liberals, you know the appearance-—were seated and oblivious while their toddler ran back and forth in front of waitresses carrying trays of hot food. I watched them quickly stop in horror as the kid almost caused them to drop the trays.
I got up and went to the salad bar; the little boy came up and started pulling on my shirt as he looked at the food. I turned around, looked at the woman, and said loudly, “Do you want something to eat? Go get your mother.”
Wow, did I get a filthy look, LOL.
They may not speak proper English, but those two black guys were the only 2 who seemed to give a shit.
Correct me if I’m wrong, but looking at the knit cap being worn by the man holding him down, I could swear it had a USMC patch on it. Which would explain a lot.

Spare the rod, spoil the child. My kids would never have thought to do anything like that. I've been known to give little brats "the look" and if they continued into the next aisle will tell them what for. Been lucky, knock on wood, their parents haven't jumped my case... yet.
