Harry Reid had an accident while exercising, the Senate Democratic leader's office tells reporters.
Here's the full statement:
“On Thursday, Senator Reid received treatment at University Medical Center in Las Vegas for injuries sustained in an accident he suffered while exercising at home in Henderson.
“A piece of equipment Senator Reid was using to exercise broke, causing him to fall and break a number of ribs and bones in his face.
“Senator Reid will return to Washington this weekend and be in the office Tuesday as the Senate prepares to reconvene. His doctors expect a full recovery.
“Senator Reid was first brought to St. Rose Dominican Hospital in Henderson by his security detail. He was then transferred to UMC for further testing, where he was admitted overnight as a precaution.”

I use one 2-3 times a week....but, I do try and be careful...especially when I crank it up to 8.2mph for 30 seconds at a time....saw a woman go flying one day
yeah, I remember the “jogging accident”. I’m not buying it. I think his wife gets drunk and beats his ass.
He was probably lifting weights and his spotter, er, looked the other way and the 250 lb weight “accidentally” fell on him!

First thought: Cover story -— which of the thugs he uses did it. One can’t go to the police if you’re involved in illegal activity.

An octogenarian relative recently fell. Glancingly hit a coffee table on the way down, and cracked a rib. I could see a damaging face hit scenario.
He and his nazis in the BLM made a lot of enemies, not all are hesitant to use physical force. I’d say he got off easy.
Elderly fall. Maybe he is much more feeble than he lets on. Hard to mend when you start getting that old
