I think the RINOs are more riddled with deceit than with cowardice.

Its not all that immoral.
It is a true genetic malfunction in these women. I think it had more to do with the biological structure of the organ than it did trying to cater to a perceived “need.”
Doing it on what is essentially, skin, is one step in the direction of replacement hearts, kidneys, lungs, and livers. If they could make a pancreas that works, they could replace diabetics defective ones and “cure” Type 1 diabetes.
They key is they grow it from the existing cells of the donor. This means 0% chance of rejection because your body reads the genetic code as itself—and it leaves it alone.
Aside from the silly humor (including my own) this is a wonderful advance in the soon to be future treatment of so many horrible diseases.

An incredibly cunning stunt.

In the early ‘90s, I used to go out dancing a lot. One night, I spotted a little cutie and asked her out on the floor. We danced only three songs, when she got into my ear and yelled:
“I have a fake vagina!”
Me: “Um... Wait... What did you say?”
Her: “I have a fake vagina! It’s plastic!”
Me: “Oh... OK..... Um...”
Her: “I like to just be upfront about it right away with guys that I like.”
I did the decent thing and ignored the info... and asked her out.
However, of course, I had to parrot the line to my buddies when we were in other loud venues and could barely hear each other... “I HAVE A FAKE VAGINA!!”

It is also very important to the girls in this story and others like them. Not to mention their family.
