Miami Herald ^ | 1/5/15 | MICHAEL VAN SICKLER AND MARY ELLEN KLAS

Leaders of the Florida Republican Party that supported the state’s 2008 ban on gay marriage were mostly silent Monday as throngs cheered South Florida couples given the right to wed.

Them too.

The real victims are the children.

The real enemy is Christians.

Gay marriages have become “legal” but outside the framework of the Constitution, activist judges wrongly ignoring 10th Amendment-protected state powers.

Brenner et al. v. Scott was heard by the USDC for the Northern District of Florida. This is the case that Biondi asked the court to clarify ( http://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsrel.nsf/newsreleases/EB769D7C790901B785257DBE000F9C85 ) and which judge Hinkle “clarified” by bullying and bluffing saying his ruling while it only applies to the plaintiffs, clerks had better do it or they could be sued.

And Biondi blinked
“In the order, the court specified that the injunction does not require a clerk to issue licenses to same-sex couples other than the plaintiffs, but the court stated that “a clerk of court may follow the ruling, even for marriage-license applicants who are not parties to this case.” ( http://www.myfloridalegal.com/newsrel.nsf/newsreleases/891D80F35B6D0B6985257DC0007E5358 )

Nothing, and I mean NOTHING, has proven to me just how fully degenerate the Republican Party has become, and how fully opposite the Republican Party has become to all my values and all my beliefs, than their unwillingness to even make the most modest stand against this grotesque deviancy. Honestly, I don’t think I can ever bear to vote for a Republican candidate again. For any office. There is simply no reason any longer for me to do so.

It’s funny, because back during the 1970s/80s, three of the biggest issues that led me to becoming a staunch Republican voter in the first place were these THREE issues: judicial activism, states rights, and family values. And here, in 2015, is an issue (fag-marriage) which incorporates all three issues in the biggest crash-up in decades... and the GOP hardly utters a single word of objection! They’ve betrayed just about every single reason I ever supported the Party. It’s just mind-boggling.

> Most of the Catholic bishops of Florida are toasting this with their friends behind closed doors.

Hmm now why on earth would the Catholic Church approve of gay marriage...http://bishop-accountability.org/priestdb/PriestDBbydiocese.html

Bondi didn’t blink; she put the decision into the hands of the individual clerks, who understood exactly what the ruling meant—that they were going to be dragged into court if they didn’t issue the licenses.

For God’s sake, the enemy wasn’t Pam Bondi. Or Rick Scott.

The enemy was the left. and the cherry picked judges.

Of course the enemy are these left wing lawyers in robes.

Biondi could/should have stood firm, imo. Instead she said “do what you please”

JEB is silent as this won’t impact any of his Satanic sex rituals.

It’s looking like the majority of society overall is supporting gay marriage or simply doesn’t care....just as when Roe-vs Wade passed.

We have become a lawless and immoral society in a blink of an eye!

I’m in an argument on FB with someone trying to tell me this is a constitutional right. Of course I said the Constitution does not ratify sin.

But....what is a good argument for this?
