Which is pretty much the same challenge that all conservatives and republicans end up doing when faced with an unreasonably hostile leftist press. . .

Any rational person knows the press is not friendly. They also know you cannot communicate complex subjects through the press. ANY comparison between ISIS and American hero’s is idiotic and shows he clearly lacks the skills to be President.

you would censor what ever he says because you have a fundamentally racist view on the man

Are you dee revin Al?

Because if you're not then you are another a$$hole of the same stripe. Playing the race card is what black democrats do when they're criticized. You and your lies are the drivel.

The media will be out to destroy this man any way they can. I’m not willing to aid and abet them in their efforts.

How many times does this have to be discussed before some of the folk on here get it. This was a hit piece from the AP that took what he said totally out of context

How many times do I have to explain to the hard of understanding that opening his mouth to say something that could so easily be taken out of context was a dumb thing for someone contemplating running for office.

I’m always amazed at the way folks, who claim to distrust the media, are so damned willing to accept their agendas when it suits their own.

If you’re not saying things that could be taken “out of context”, you really aren’t saying anything at all.

Not true. Some things are bigger fatter and jucier targets than others. And comparing ISIS to the founding fathers was a dumb thing to say regardless of what he meant by it.

To be clear he did not compare, i.e., make moral equivalence, between American patriots and ISIS.

He was taken totally out of context.

He said is what many here on FR have been saying for a long time. . .we are not fighting a war, we are not totally committed to winning, we are limiting ourselves due to PC and touchy-feely non-heart-in-the-fight-against-just-don't-call-it-islam. The enemy is.

Besides, how can you address complex subjects to the People unless it is conveyed (ie, reported) on. You can't.

Nothing more need be said as we would only be repeating ourselves.

Cheers.

Everything said by anyone can be taken out of context if the statement is two or more words long. I might even be able to take what you just wrote out of context and conclude that you were insinuating I might be mentally impaired. But, that would be a personal attack and not allowed on FR so surely that can’t be what you meant.
Am I right?

“It is a gathering of easily influenced, not very smart, knee jerk, right wing crazies interspersed with some very talented Democrat trolls.”

Although there are a few signs of intelligence in a waning minority that keep me coming back for more, this statement has become so disappointingly true.

(BTW, did you hear the Asian Air black box recording?... The pilot said OLIVE SNACKBAR!!! No, seriously!)

So it was a lack of comprehension on your part that led you to post a biased and false headline.

Understood.

For those of you who wet your pants at the thought of Carson running for pres, combine his somewhat idiotic statement here along with his lack of understanding and support of the 2nd amendment and you might begins to get a clue as to why those of us who actually think about what the candidates stand for are not so enthusiastic about him

For those of you who feel the need to drink the Kool-Aid and start foaming at the mouth before doing even the slightest research, you are a big part of the problem. Do us a favor and throw all your ammo away - you are doing way too much "friendly fire" damage.

Just because you lack reading comprehension doesn’t mean the rest of us do.

Why should everyone have to dumb themselves down to your level?

We’re also not “Gruber stupid”.

Gruber stupid means you know it’s a lie you’re too stupid to care so you repeat the lie.

“you would censor what ever he says because you have a fundamentally racist view on the man”

The United States of America elected a clearly unqualified, America hating Communist twice because it wanted to prove it wasn’t racist, that it was “tolerant”. It was time for a black President. There could have been no other reason for the majority of Americans to deliberately overlook the many reasons that Obama shouldn’t even have been considered.

Anyone who denies that Obama was elected because of the color of his skin and not his qualifications just wasn’t paying attention. It seems to be totally unallowed nowadays to apply common sense to anything that involves a non-white person.
