I arrived a work one day when informed there had been a bomb threat and the police had dogs etc. going throughout the Mall.
Having never been in a situation like that I asked...then why is everybody still inside? I was told the management had not yet “released” the employees.
Guess what..I said good bye... and to tell them I went home until this is over...and I did just that.

two things will improve mall safety and cut down on “incidents” mostly caused by blacks.
one. your suggestion. move the bus routes bringing in trouble.
two. close any attached movie theaters. these are disaster areas where lots of trouble from blacks, occur.
